Akrotiri Hotel is a charming, family-run hotel, located in the historic district of Halepa in the lovely town of Chania, Crete. It is built on the panoramic hill of Profiti Elias, just below the Graves of the national heroes of the Venizelos family. To the west and immediately bellow the hotel, it has a majestic bird’s eye view of the town, its old Venetian harbor and the small island of Thodorou with the vast expanse of the Cretan Sea at the far off distance. To the south are the equally majestic, White Mountains, that generally remain snow-capped throughout most of summer. These views, and the evening sunsets, remain ingrained in the memories of our guests, many of whom chose to return and stay with us year after year. The Hotel is a 2-star, and has 10 double rooms, and 5 small apartments capable of accommodating 3 or 4-persons, each. All the rooms are fully equipped with the amenities to insure a comfortable and memorable stay.
